We have had our vineyard since 2008 Our vineyard is twenty acres and we grow everything we put in our bottles. Our wine recipes are from the prohibition days. They have been passed down through the generations.

Rockefeller to serve as a school for employees of the Tidewater Oil Company (Tydol) in the 1920’s, is on the National Register of Historic Places. In 2014, after years of planning and construction, Jerod Millirons and Dave Monks founded Iron Monk Brewing Company, bringing the first craft brewery to Stillwater, Oklahoma. With over 30 years of combined brewing experience and a shared entrepreneurial spirit, they tirelessly set out to create exciting, local, handcrafted brews.

In late 2015, Iron Monk opened the state's premier tap room to share their craft directly with brewery fans and friends, and brewery tours started just a few weeks later.

Putting a spin on wine tasting, Wakefield Winery offers personal free wine tasting focusing on the flavors of their wines, leaving pretentiousness (wine snobs) out in the street.

We offer wine tasting either at the winery or can be found promoting our winery at various festivals and events around the state of Oklahoma. It's always best that you call ahead (580-513-0707) to make sure we are at the winery. We have 5 award-winning wines, five Oklahoma State Fair winners and Norman's "Oklahoma Wine Walk" People's Choice Award for best sweet red (5 years running).

Waters Edge Winery is a family-owned winery in the heart of Moore, OK. Waters Edge Winery is the city’s first winery.

We source our grapes from the best vineyards located in the finest grape-growing regions: France, Italy, Spain, Australia, South Africa and the United States. Under the guidance of our Head Wine Maker, Conner Meek, we hand craft each and every small batch of our wines locally.

Jim Lamb (Pa), was the original owner of Briarpatch Winery in Briartown which he sold in 2016. In August of 2020 we received a phone call that the new owner was closing and selling all the wine making equipment. Pa’s son and daughter in law Kelly and Janette Lamb seized the opportunity to bring back the original recipes and quality of wine that Pa has perfected over the past 20 years. He agreed to train and mentor Janette and grandson Zach Lamb in his wine making secrets. With his blessing, help, and training we opened ON THE LAMb WINERY. We “Allegedly” have a long family history of outlaws on both sides. Nestled between Belle Star Landing and Robbers Cave, “being on the LAM from the law” was a common thread in the region as outlaws attempted to escape Hanging Judge Parker’s far reach out of Ft. Smith. With THREE generations of winemakers, we hope our wine will bring back some good memories of Briarpatch Winery while making many more along the way. We always enjoy seeing old friends and making new ones. Pa has been known to make an appearance at the Winery from time to time and loves to reconnect with old customers.

Blind Luck (and a lot of hard work) was exactly what it took to transform Co-Founder Chris' passion into a successful family business, Deep Branch Winery. From humble beginnings in October 2014, with help and support of friends, family and retailers the growth of Blind Luck brand began. Appealing to the eye and tastes, the rapid growth of the winery necessitated full time assistance initially from family member and Co-Founder Vonnetta. Soon after, son Adam joined the team as Lead Vintner. Initially self-distributed, continued growth to over 300 retail locations created the need to partner with Specialty Brands of Oklahoma and A&B Distributors of Arkansas.

In addition to production and retail distribution throughout Oklahoma and Arkansas, Blind Luck staff can be found participating in numerous community events (Like and Follow us on Facebook and Instagram).

The story goes a little something like this: a retired pediatrician who owns 500 acres on the Arkansas River took note of his Episcopal Priest and his winemaking hobby and started a winery. Dr. D.I. Wilkinson also served on the vestry at Grace Episcopal Church where he helped recruit Bob Wickizer to relocate to Muskogee, OK. Their friendship was immediate and they joined forces to plant a vineyard and start a winery...
